AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT (NZ)

In New Zealand, our goods are covered by guarantees that cannot be excluded under the CGA. This manufacturer's warranty does not intend to alter or exclude any rights granted by the CGA that cannot be lawfully changed or excluded. It also does not limit or exclude any rights you may have against the seller of the POWERGUARD product if they have breached the sales contract with you.

WARRANTY POLICY

All warranty issues, returns and refunds must be raised with the store of purchase. The retailer you bought our product from must offer you a replacement or refund under warranty terms. A retailer cannot refuse a warranty replacement and send you to us. In the event of you not being able to engage the retailer (e.g. because they no longer operate) about a warranty issue, you may then contact us.

All PowerGuard products carry a lifetime warranty that warrants to the original purchaser that its products shall be free of defects in design, material or workmanship and that PowerGuard will repair or replace any unit found to be defective. Additionally, in the event that the PowerGuard product has suffered damage from a power-related event, such as lightning, ground surge or line over (under voltage), spike or transient while connected to and operating on any authorised power providers utility power, PowerGuard will repair or replace the damaged or destroyed product.
